Octagon Patient Consultation Meetings

Following our recent notification of our intention to merge with other Practices across Peterborough to form Octagon Medical Practice, two meeting dates have been confirmed. The meeting will allow you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the merger, and allow you the opportunity to hear from Doctors on what this will mean for your Patient care.

The first meeting will take place at Manor Farm Community Centre on Friday 8th June. Doors will open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start and the meeting will run till 8pm. The Community centre is at 70 High Street, Eye and is directly opposite the Eye Medical Practice.

The second meeting will be at The Allia Future Business Centre on Friday 15th June. Doors will open at 5:30 for a 6pm start and the meeting will run till 7pm. Allia Future is based at Peterborough United FC off London road.

Octagon Medical Practice proposed merger

In July 2018, it is the intention of our Practice, to merge with other Practices in the Peterborough area, to form a new Group named Octagon Medical Practice.

We are informing Patients and holding Patient Group evenings so that we can answer any questions you might have.
