Have Your Say

Welcome to Jenner Health Centre

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

Serving You

The Jenner has four partners Dr Andrew Anderson, Dr Anil Nair, Dr Daniel Andeyaba, Dr Simon Brown and Dr Rukayat Lawal who works as a salaried General Practitioner. In addition to the doctors we have a team of advanced nurse practitioners who boost our workforce and bring valuable additional skills

As a medical practice we recognise that some patients need to be seen outside of working hours. The Jenner holds two late evening clinics with appointments until 8pm particularly for the benefit of patients who are unable to have time off, in normal working hours, to come to the surgery.

To improve access to appointments the Jenner operates a clinical triage process. This ensures that any patient that requires urgent medical attention will be placed on a triage list and a GP or Nurse Practitioner will call you back on the same day.  If the medical team feel that a patient needs to be seen urgently you will then be provided with a same day appointment. Many times when you ring, the call will go straight through to a clinician who will be able to make an initial assessment, and either suggest an appointment or treatment options.

The health centre understands how stressful it can be for parents/guardians when young children are unwell so we commit to always seeing poorly children on the same day.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Partners in Care

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
